PRINTING SERVICES:
In addition to my graphic design services, I can coordinate all of your printing needs. Our print services include everything from press check to delivery. Some clients do prefer to handle their own printing, for them, I simply provide their printer with all the files they will need in order to do so.

PRICING:
Please contact me for a quote on your project. I work by both hourly fees and flat rates. For flat rates, I can work out a payment schedule:
(1) Have the initial payment of half the amount paid upfront, and the remaining sum will be paid before the project is delivered. (2) Having weekly installments until the project is completed – then the remaining sum will be paid before the project is delivered.

OVERVIEW OF THE DESIGN PROCESS:
First, we will discuss the project; agree on a fair price and payment schedule. Next a contract is drawn up and signed by both myself and the client. I can provide printing quotes, or if the client has a printer they prefer to work with, they must provide their printer’s contact information (so I can contact the printer directly).
Secondly, if the client is providing all the content, everything must be finalized before I receive it. If any updates are made after I receive the contact, an hourly charge may occur for any changes I will have to make. As for the provided text, I am held harmless for any typos. I prefer receiving photos in a TIFF or EPS format. I can work with other formats, but their print quality may not be as high if they are not TIFF or EPS formats. If the client has no images, I can look for stock images, but any additional costs will be paid for by the client.
Thirdly, I will develop a schedule based on: (1) When I receive all the finalized content (2) When the client needs the design
Before the final project is delivered/printed, I will provide the client with a PDF (or some similar format) of the project for their review. Changes can be emailed, and after the PDF is approved, the client must sign and return the designs approval form before I continue completing the project.
Lastly, I will need to be provided with a few final samples.
